Shipping
YES, we ship internationally! We try our best to keep our shipping prices low for most of our products. Please remember that size and weight of your order can effect the cost of your shipping.
In an effort to keep shipping costs low and affordable, we do not offer insurance for shipping.
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class mail for all of our shipping needs.
We do our best to send you a tracking number for your order within 24-48 hours of placing your order during business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays).
USPS tracking is not guaranteed or 100% accurate. A small amount of packages that we send out are either scanned incorrectly or not at all. This does not indicate a lost or unsent shipment. 99% of the time it is making its way through the mail system and will arrive at your shipping address in due time.
Please contact USPS with questions regarding tracking and/or shipping. If you feel like your package is lost or if your tracking is stuck, please contact USPS at their toll free number: 1-(800)-275-8777.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail.
Understand that once we hand off your package to USPS for shipment, it is completely out of our control.
International orders may be subject to import taxes and duties which are calculated once your package reaches your country. You are responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance.
Understand that this is another thing that we do not have control over.
